This week it’s my turn to catch up on the reviews – if nothing else I like the idea of this blog feature just so that I get to enjoy reading all the reviews to pick a few to post here 
Even in just a week there’s quite a lot to choose from. I’ve tried to choose ones where I have something interesting to say in response
Daily Word Bingo
One thing people don’t always realise is that we actually check the Daily Word Bingo answers by hand. This is not an automated process, it is done by a real human being each and every day! That’s why only the current puzzle gets checked, and why you have to wait to get your final score As for it being overly challenging – I think that is very much an individual issue. If the topic for the day was NFL stars, for example, I’d not manage a single answer, whereas others would love it! We try to keep it varied so that if you can’t manage one day, then you should know something about the next If you have any ideas for new topics, feel free to leave them in the comments or email them to us – support@lightwoodgames.com :)
Splat the Difference
It’s always great to read reviews from happy people, particularly about our latest game I’m a little concerned that she might be seeing a timer in Untimed mode, but I’m assuming it’s user error as more people would have complained if it wasn’t working 
As for how many things are different – at the beginning of each round it does actually say “Find 3 Differences” In the game, admittedly, it doesn’t keep count for you, but we figured most people could count to three
Flag Matching
This game you might not have heard of – it was one of our first and mostly a proof of concept for an idea we wanted to use with schools. It’s also our only paid game! 
Usually we only see a sale once every couple of days, but during the Olympics, we were suddenly seeing 1-4 sales every single day! It was weird and I’m rather pleased someone left a review so that I could mention it
Word Search Xmas Party
With every holiday season we find ourselves making a new version of one of our games – we have a Valentines app, a couple of Easter treats, and a few Christmas games too We are always amazed that people keep playing them all year round! The first release of Word Search Xmas Party we actually removed from the App Store at the end of January, figuring no one would be interested. However, people kept playing, we were still seeing support requests throughout the year. So this year we left it in the store. Here we are in August and people are still playing and loving it! Despite the hypnotic falling snow in the background
